The  Experience Designer would be responsible for the user experience framework for a dotcom experience. Responsible for developing documentation (site maps, transaction flows, sketches, scenarios, wireframes, navigation models) System design. 

This is not a back-seat support role in addition to collaborating with the Experience Lead, as well as other team members including other Information Architects, Content Strategists and User Researchers, and others from our Creative, Technology and Strategy groups, you will also work closely with the client to review deliverables. A firm understanding of user-centered design processes and interaction design principles will be crucial to your success here. 

Desired Skills and Experience

• Concept and collaborate with copywriters, designers, strategists SEO and analytics
• Understand strategy and design to client needs
• High sense of responsibility and self-guidance needed to be successful
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively to broader team and client stakeholders
• Ability to handle large quantities of creative work, making smart fast decisions to make sure deliverables are managed on time

Type of work we should see in portfolio: Site and Product work, Campaign

• 4+ years of experience in a user experience design role
• At least 3 years of experience working in a design role within an Agile software team
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design ideas and concepts clearly
• Ability to combine artistic talent with analytical skills and produce designs that increase the value of our product 
• Expert-level knowledge of Sketch, Figma and Zeplin
