Job Description

We are looking for a leader with a passion for outstanding client service, innovation, and thought leadership. An individual who will drive positive account growth, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to identify new opportunities. 

Experience working in the Shopper Marketing/Omnichannel, CPG space and leading digital marketing programs is ideal.  This role will partner with a cross agency team located across North America.  Experience managing and leading a team in a cross agency environment will be helpful. 

This role will need to be located in Cincinnati, Ohio in order to participate in weekly client meetings once the office reopens.

DAY TO DAY

  • Responsible for leading multiple large client accounts, primary communicator of news and information regarding the client’s business, it’s impact on their overall business and how these variables impact SSX and the marketplace
  • Partners with senior account/ client partnership leadership to manage relationships with Sr. Level clients, working to build and improve collective agency/client relationship and output
  • Partners with senior account/client partnership leadership to manage account growth, client satisfaction and retention
  • Partner and collaborate with cross-functional leaders and teams to meet and exceed client expectations and provide key strategic initiatives and thinking
  • Help look for and contribute on new business opportunities for existing clients
  • Contribute to revenue and forecast discussions with Account/Client Partnership leaders.
  • Leads a cross-functional internal team and identifies opportunities to raise the level of the work.
  • Able to manage internal conflicts when they arise with radical candor and straight talk.
  • Leads and executes large initiatives from start to finish.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years agency/client work experience preferred. 
  • Experience in shopper marketing, preferred.  
  • Experience proactively leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, and working with minimal supervision is required.  
  • BA degree in marketing, advertising, or related field - advanced degree preferred.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint expected.
