Job Description

  1. Review of MSAs and contracts to understand the requirements
  2. Suggest IT controls based on MSAs.
  3. Understanding of IT Security technologies like SIEM, IPS/IDS, DLP, WAF etc.
  4. Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.
  5. Conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues.
  6. Assess product, compliance, or operational risks and develop risk management strategies.
  7. Conduct audits to ensure adherence to standards.
  8. Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.
  9. Disseminate written policies and procedures related to compliance activities.
  10. File appropriate compliance reports.
  11. Maintain documentation of compliance activities, such as complaints received or investigation outcomes.
  12. Provide employee training on compliance related topics, policies, or procedures.
  13. Aid internal or external auditors in compliance reviews.
  14. Prepare management reports regarding compliance operations and progress.
  15. Monitor compliance systems to ensure their effectiveness.
  16. Design or implement improvements in communication, monitoring, or enforcement of compliance standards.
  17. Verify that all firm and regulatory policies and procedures have been documented, implemented, and communicated.
  18. Review or modify policies or operating guidelines to comply with changes to standards or regulations.
