Associate Director - Advertising

Company Description

Who we are

Langland, a Publicis Health company, is the only health communications agency that thinks further across Clinical Trial Experience, Medical Strategy & Education, Public Relations & Policy, and Advertising, to create unique value with visionary clients.

What we believe

Health brings us together. In the diseases we suffer, the medicines we create, and the causes we champion, health shows us our collective humanity. When we break the barriers that divide us, when we think further, we can create healthier futures, together.

A passion for craft

Having expert thinking is only part of our story. To ensure excellence in everything we make, we have centred our disciplines around three essential crafts: science, strategy and creativity.

Job Description

What you will do

Have you been searching for an opportunity that would allow you to make your mark on a business? To have an impact on the way an organisation builds, learns, adapts and creates new ways of working that appeal to clients and talent alike? Due to new wins and organic growth, we are now looking for someone extraordinary to join us.

We are looking for someone who is aware of the latest trends in HCP and patient engagement and communications and likes to consider new ways of doing things. We are a dynamic, in-demand business, and now is the time to shed our traditional agency skin and reflect the more sophisticated communications needs of our clients, integrating data analytics, channels and content to reach audiences and make an impact like never before.

What is your vision for the future? With us, you will be given the resources, training and headspace to hone that vision, with the support of a committed and experienced leadership team. This doesn’t mean leaving client service behind – this isn’t a role for someone who is keen to step away from account work. Our clients want and deserve confident counsel from experts who can use their experience to shape strategy, provide insight and teach the next generation of Langland leaders to do the same.

It’s an exciting new role within a close-knit team and there are also plenty of opportunities for future personal and professional development within the wider Publicis Health network.
