Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join a fast growing London agency at the start of its journey in building a project management team.

By joining our newly created team you’ll have a chance to make a difference – influencing how we deliver, shaping our approach to project management and becoming an integral part of building an efficient, flexible and fun team. You’ll get to work on a wide variety of projects within some of the agencies most valued clients. Deliverables will be hugely varied, and the projects are multi-channel including digital, medical education and advertising.

  • You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle ranging from client brief through to strategy, creative, design, copywriting, asset creation, production, execution and delivery.
  • You will develop project plans, manage timelines, track finances, coordinate resource and drive efficiencies across the agency.
  • Communicate with all levels of stakeholder in a clear and concise manner.
  • Understand the project requirements, and make sure the right process and resource is in place to deliver.  
  • Be positive and motivate the project team to deliver.  Lead stand ups when required, and give focus to project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience working as a Project Manager or Senior Project Executive within an agency environment or from a marketing and advertising company
  • Healthcare communications experience is a bonus, though not essential!
  • An interest in working within healthcare - we’ll expect to see genuine enthusiasm for what we do here
  • The ability to manage a wide range of projects with a focus on quality, budgets and timings
  • Experience of the full project lifecycle ranging from client brief through strategy, creative, design, copywriting, asset creation, production, execution and delivery
  • Excellent communication skills and be a logical, confident ‘voice'
