Job Description

Agency Operations: 

  • Finances: Familiarity with and adherence to agency financial and operating procedures and policies.  Maintains accurate, organized files. 

  • Trouble shoot:  Solution oriented. Brings problems to the attention of management 

  • Team Leadership: Positive influence 

Knowledge: 

  • Beginning to understand pharmaceuticals and healthcare industries and at least two media channels 

  • Continuously learning technology 

  • Adheres to agency process. Identifies issues and contributes to problem resolution  

Strategy: 

  • Competitive positioning: Understands client positioning and strategy  

  • Planning: Research on category, competitive data, and therapeutic areas.  

Tactics and Execution: 

  • Maintain team, client, partner agency and third-party vendors contact lists and organizational charts  

  • Respond to requests for information from clients, team members and other agency employees with accuracy and in a professional and timely manner 

  • Assist with updating daily and nightly Hot Sheets and internal status reports; Attend hot sheet and client status meetings (note: this would be a change from the RACI and would require GDP/GAD approval) 

  • Server Organization and Maintenance: organized email archives and current work-in-progress records/archives of past project information as appropriate (e.g., ensure job folders are open, organized and up-to-date for all files) 

  • Attend weekly finance meetings with CS, Production and BM 

  • Commitment to learning Pharmaceutical and industry terminology, regulations and MLR process 

Client Relationship: 

  • Summarize, communicate and distribute meeting notes/next steps immediately following critical meetings and following any non-critical internal meeting (not responsible for client contact reports) to CS and Production 

  • Presentations: Organizes/manages client presentations. Influence and diplomacy in written and verbal communications.  Effective but concise communications. 

  • Builds rapport and credibility with client peer based on trust and expert counsel 

Qualifications

Job Requirements: 

  • 1+ years of Agency experience  preferred  

  • Bachelor’s degree required 

  • Exceptional client management relationship skills   

  • Ability to rapidly grasp client marketing objectives 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills     

  • Ability to manage multiple client contacts  

  • Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks  

  • Ability to analyze data (site metrics, media performance metrics)
