Associate Director of Learning & Organizational Development

  • 35 West Wacker Drive, Chicago, IL
  • Full-time

Company Description

We’re the agency that introduced “All-Day Breakfast” at McDonald’s, changed the expression “like a girl” from a playground insult into a viral rallying cry and unleashed Allstate’s “Mayhem” on the world. We even created an Airbnb that let people live inside one of van Gogh’s famous Bedroom paintings.

And we’re looking for people to help us create our next great ideas.

Come create with us at Leo Burnett and you’ll join a diverse team all in pursuit of the same goal: creative solutions that earn distinction, grow our clients’ businesses and help people. We’ve been at it for 85 years, and our secret is simple: our people.
