Job Description

Rauxa is looking for a Senior Data Analyst with Digital media analytics experience for our NY office!

What You'll Do:

  • Develop measurement plans and reports across multiple digital properties.
  • Provide and present strategic data-driven recommendations across channels to improve client decision-making and ROI.
  • Serve as a client and internal resource on industry trends and key functional areas such as analytical tools and marketing measurement.
  • Foster creative thinking around how we use data, and we could use data to solve unique business challenges in support of all Marketing activities (Media, Creative, CRM, and eCommerce).

Qualifications

Who You Are: 

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent in Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Computer Science, Decision Science, Economics, Information Management Studies, Integrated Marketing Communications, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Psychology, Sociology. Dual degree with Marketing or Business preferred.
  • You have 4 years of experience in analytics or strategy, ideally at an advertising agency, management consulting company, or ad tech company but not required.
  • You have strong working knowledge of marketing/advertising principles.
  • You have strong working knowledge of digital data technologies (DMPs, GA 360, Google Analytics, digital pixel tracking, site tagging, etc.)
  • You have strong working knowledge of and applied experience in integrated, multi-channel marketing/advertising campaign tactics – including off-line and online/digital channels.
  • You have advanced skills in Excel functions:  pivots, advanced formulas/macros, multi-spreadsheet links.
  • You have expert working knowledge of Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, DCM and other third-party solutions.
  • You have strong working knowledge of Social Listening tools such as NetBase, Crimson Hexagon, Nuvi, etc.
  • You have working knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
  • You have strong communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation skills in formal and informal settings and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
