Publicis NY is looking to hire an Associate Program Manager

Job Description

The Associate Program Manager is responsible for the health and quality of mid-scale client projects—focusing on creative project management, end to end project workflow, and delivery efficiency and quality, while working with managers in maintaining margin/risk mitigation/ resolution.

The ideal candidate should have experience with

  • Digital advertising and/or marketing 
  • Collaborating with key agency stakeholders including, but not limited to, Creative, Design, Client Services, Experience Design, Finance, Strategy, Data and Analytics, and Technology
  • Managing digital engagements (platform, web, mobile, etc.) with a focus on web design and builds 
  • Digital creative agency workflow and time management

They will also possess an ability to represent the Program Management discipline with internal partners, and be willing to learn and eager to build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage small-to-medium scale Digital projects end to end, from strategy brief to asset delivery, with minimal supervision
  • Management of multiple concurrent creative workstreams, working with strategy, creative, design, account, and product teams to ensure smooth delivery of deliverables and assets, while also facilitating communications between teams
  • Work with direct supervisors and larger team to learn and support processes, workflows, best practices, and tools that support the profitable delivery of client work
  • Manage and track vendor financials (partnering with Finance), from cost estimate review through to PO
  • Partner with Resource Management and Finance for staffing, scoping and estimating project allocations and resources
  • Work closely with direct supervisors and team members to proactively identify flags, find and recommend solutions, and mitigate risk
  • Maintain communications and documentation, including status, project plans, change orders, QA ticketing, and asset management
  • Contribute to a culture of delivery efficiency and excellence within the Program Management department
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, and creatively solve problems with a positive, professional demeanor

Qualifications

1-2 years’ experience in digital advertising and/or marketing, with experience in creative workflow management. Both attention to detail and ability for critical thinking a must. Agency experience (including internships), exposure to agile and/or content management process big pluses, though not requisites.
