Job Description

The Client Business Manager is responsible for all financial and billing management across the DSplus program portfolio.  This includes contract verification and monitoring for all media and partner activity at Tier 2 and Tier 3, facilitating PO’s, media invoicing and client billings, and accounting of individual Dealer service fees for all Dealerships on our programs.  This also includes financial statement management, and some administrative support for active program management pertaining to contract routing and media spend auditing.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations of the agency.
  • Open and track to all billing jobs on Salesforce to initiate billing cycles for individual programs, services, media, and third-party data fees.
  • QA monthly billing packages as delivered by technology partner covering complete book of delivered services.
  • Reconcile monthly budgets and invoices from media platform partners.
  • Track and manage requested paid media budget adjustments, including spend, agency, and technology fees.
  • Capture ad units for submission and processing of monthly client co-op requirements.
  • Create and submit POs and invoices to the client billing system.
  • Monitor balance of accounts receivable across partners and clients.
  • Manage annual projection documents based on agency goals and objects as set each quarter.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting for senior leadership review.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements as set by the agency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • 5-8 years of experience in accounting and/or financial management and analysis.
  • Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.
  • Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners.
  • Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong demonstrated the use of Google Apps, Microsoft 365 Product Suite, Keynote, and Salesforce.
