Job Description 

Razorfish is seeking a full-time Senior Associate of Data Analytics for our New York office. Candidates should be proficient in digital/website KPI frameworks, reporting, insight, and analysis, along with website tagging. Day-to-day instruments include Adobe Analytics and Excel/PowerPoint.  

Responsibilities:  

Analysis & Insights   

  • Analyze website performance data (overall trends, clickstream, pathing, UX) to uncover meaningful insights 

  • Create and maintain ad-hoc reporting to multiple lines of business as requests come in 

  • Performing basic statistical analysis, such as calculating statistical significance, distributions, etc. 

  • Effectively communicate complex ideas to primary client contacts, both verbally and in writing   

  • Troubleshoot gaps in website tagging that can affect ability to pull data 

Qualifications 

  • The applicant should have at least 3-4 years of work experience in a business environment, with a minimum of 12 months successfully working within an intensively client-focused model such as an external consulting or marketing services firm 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Statistics or equivalent experience 

  • Previous experience with Adobe Analytics (preferred) or Google Analytics 

  • Flexibility to prioritize multiple reporting requests to different stakeholders on self-driven timelines 

  • Experience debugging website tags (Omnibug, Observepoint, etc) 

  • Tag management system experience preferred (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, etc) 

  • Experience in creating and delivering presentations using PowerPoint 

  • Experience in the any or multiple areas below would be a plus: 

  • SQL querying 

  • Paid or owned media campaign knowledge that would drive to a website 

  • Advertising (both online and offline) 

  • Site usability studies
