Job Description

We are looking for a strong, driven Account Executive to work on the P&G Dish Care team. The Dish Care team oversees two iconic brands: Dawn, and Cascade. Therefore, experience and passion for working on consumer packaged goods is a must.

The Account Executive must be a strong leader with excellent operational discipline and experience in integrated production. They will serve as a critical team member that acts as the “linchpin” internally to help connect the various disciplines, and will oversee multiple workstreams across several brands. They will be responsible for production and delivery of all major assets, as well as for helping to facilitate projects end-to-end.  

They must be able to build and enhance internal team dynamics, and strengthen our client relationships and build trust. They are valued partners to brand managers as well as agency leaders. They are strong collaborators and team builders, eager to teach and mentor junior talent, consisting of an Assistant Account Executive. They are responsible for directing day-to-day agency efforts on behalf of the client, and always champion great creative work and flawless delivery.

This Account Executive will report to the Account Director. Must have 2-5 years of relevant experience (e.g. account management, client services, marketing strategy).

  • Growing relevance among consumers via education on the benefits of our categories and our products.

  • Prove our digital chops where certain brands are moving away from traditional high reach media (TV)

  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and helps to teach and constantly reinforce these skills to junior account team
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects, end-to-end, against tight deadlines
  • Experience in broadcast, digital, social production – with clear understanding of process and problem solving abilities
  • Strong oral and written communication, across both client and internal communications
  • Warm, spirited personality--no divas or divos
  • Stays up-to-date on all relevant activities from competitors and peripheral categories
  • Builds collaborative and trusted relationships with creative and strategic agency partners
  • Demonstrates a problem solving mentality

What will the day-to-day work look like (Deliverables)?

  • Leads projects from point of briefing to completion and optimization
  • Partners strongly with creatives, producers, and strategists
  • Delivers production efforts with excellence
  • Interfaces with clients (primarily SBMs and BDs) on a regular basis in order to keep to process and understand brand objectives
  • Coaches and inspires the development of junior staff by providing actionable and productive feedback, training and growth opportunities
  • Provides support and guidance for junior staff on matters related to talent, traffic, budget, timing, etc.
  • Demonstrates both diplomatic and empathetic leadership skills; a good listener, and ability to read the room or behaviors
