Job Description

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As part of our Media Analytics team in Analytic Operations, you’ll be responsible for managing operations of media modeling services, media optimization and A/B testing platform across Epsilon’s Digital Media Solutions practice in support of the Media Delivery team. The Director of Analytic Operations will lead the work of analyzing campaign performance shortfalls, recommending performance enhancements and improving analytical capabilities in managing performance, while helping to build the data foundation for media analysis, automate processes and create new tools to support overall team success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and operate campaign performance management framework, with analytical processes that support monitoring, projection, alerting and troubleshooting functionalities
  • Respond to campaign performance issues identified by the framework or by the Media Delivery team with analysis and recommendations for improvement
  • Proactively identify opportunities for analysis that informs and improves campaign performance or campaign setup, or both
  • Contribute to features and functionality development of A/B testing platform
  • Design, build and manage data processing workflow and data assets that support team’s critical operation needs
  • Improve interface to new media modeling engines and services via automation and tool development

REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research or related discipline preferred
  • 8-10+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on analytical knowledge and experience in areas such as data analytics, advertising / marketing campaign measurement and performance analysis, A/B testing 
  • Experienced in data processing and engineering skills in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Linux environments
  • Proven domain knowledge in advertising and marketing media business
  • Sound knowledge and experience with project management
