Job Description
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team here in Austin or Chicago. This person will be supporting a complete Website Replatform and Redesign of two healthcare websites. Sizable budgets allow robust campaigns across all channels including website, UX recommendation, Martech, Social, Analytics
We are in need of someone who can be a true partner to our client and cross-functional agency team, and to support the larger team in creating effective creative work.
Responsibilities:
The Account Manager is the day-to-day brand and client champion, demonstrating strong ownership of our client business keeping the focus on executional success. An AM manages his/her projects with supervision and guidance for their direct supervisor.
Able to set goals for a project/track and contribute to the vision for an engagement
Fully self-directed and leads with a degree of expertise
Demonstrated ability influencing the actions, behaviors, and/or decisions of others
Ability to triage and navigate project/track level issues
Acknowledged by the client as an owner/driver of a track of work
Relevant experience leading digital projects, including digital strategy, customer experience, creative development, website and digital asset design
Set priorities, organize workstreams, and assume a leadership role for assigned projects
Develop, maintain and/or review weekly and monthly status reports and cultural and competitive audits
Manage various elements of production across digital, and/or social spaces
Become a quick study on our client’s business and their goals while also doing the same when it comes to our internal operations.
Understand the fundamentals on how we run our business (i.e. finance, forecasting, staffing, invoicing, etc.)
Ultimately, able to attribute how your efforts have contributed to driving an impact for our client’s business and in a way that it translates to revenue growth from Razorfish.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising or related field, preferred
4-5 years’ experience in advertising agency
Digital agency experience working on Website Redesign + CMS Platform Experience projects. Bonus if it was within the healthcare industry.
Great communication and task management is a must.
Strong writing, speaking and presentation skills
Detail oriented with problem solving mentality
Experience with Performance Marketing, Analytics and Reporting is a major plus
Some knowledge of agile project processes a major plus
