Job Description

Senior Salesforce Consultants are responsible for implementing and customising Salesforce solutions, providing leadership, building to Salesforce Best Practice and ensuring the quality of delivery.

Your Impact

You will implement Salesforce Solutions by:

  • Leading the capture and understanding of client’s requirements, through meetings, planning and facilitating workshops
  • Defining client needs and recommending solutions
  • Leading the analysis of business requirements into a backlog of functional epics and stories
  • Maintaining strong and close communication with the client to prioritise functionality and gather feedback  
  • Leading the configuration of Salesforce products
  • Providing leadership and guidance to more junior members of the team
  • Ensuring the quality of the delivery through close collaboration with QA/Testers

You will support and inform users by:

  • Defining possible client solutions or alternatives
  • Understanding and gathering client’s requirements and recommending applicable approaches
  • Writing reports for users based on Salesforce data
  • Producing and delivering conceptual and functional analysis for data and process models
  • Creating guidelines for users

 

Qualifications

Your skills & experience

  • Proven experience of working in-depth with the Salesforce platform
  • Salesforce Admin 201 certification and other Salesforce certifications

Behavioural Skills

  • Proven client facing experience and success
  • Demonstrable collaborative and supportive team player
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

Technical Skills

  • In depth knowledge of Salesforce products and solutions
  • Agile project management & scrum master skills
  • Knowledge of change management best practices
  • Experience delivering user training
  • Knowledge of Automated Deployment
