Job Description

Be part of the dynamic Leo Burnett creative department. Our energetic environment grants the opportunity to learn firsthand the ins and outs of the advertising industry while working with the best creative output in the global community. The Creative Awards Coordinator is a key part of the department and works closely with the teams, and creative leads to ensure we are submitting accurate and strong awards show submissions.

Advertising Award Shows:

  • Submit of Leo Burnett creative work into various industry award shows
  • Create show entry lists by strategically selecting the appropriate show categories for award worthy work
  • Track of show results & communicate with the CCOs
  • Learn functions of the internal award show database (Leo’s Showcase) which houses all important creative asset and show entry/result information

LB Group Internal GPC (Global Product Committee) Meetings:

  • Responsible for working with creative leadership to gather work from the agency and presenting it to
  • Agency leaders for approval, and uploading it to our internal file database for quarterly GPC meetings
  • Organize GPC entry list in coordination with CCO’s
  • Relay feedback and scores from these meetings to all the brand team leader

Miscellaneous:

  • Work with internal and external production teams to manage the production of case study videos and ensure proper conversion of files
  • Send digital files to the appropriate contact to print boards for show submissions
  • Manage payment of show fees, file conversions, print orders, trophy orders etc.
  • Assist with other creative department administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • College degree / comparable experience
  • Strong administration and project management skills
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Solid time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Organizational skills and STRONG attention to detail
  • Ability to work with personalities across the agency
  • Team player attitude, strong multi-tasking ability and an eagerness to learn
  • Familiarity with Adobe and Microsoft programs
  • An interest in the advertising industry
  • Resourceful, proactive and able to calmly chase the necessary resources to ensure all happens on time
