Job Description

Scrum Masters at Publicis Sapient partner with clients to architect and develop customer-centric technology solutions that solve our clients’ most complex and challenging problems across different industries. You’ll collaborate with diverse, technically strong, creative and globally-distributed teams, while facilitating the adoption of agile practices, including agile at scale.

Your Impact:

  • Lead teams to successfully deliver customer experience and engineering solutions including experience management, ecommerce, customer data, cloud, and microservice platforms that satisfy client expectations as described in statements of work.
  • Identify and realize business outcomes through the use of agile methods, processes and tools tailored for the team’s experience and client environment as necessary to ensure a high degree of delivery and solution quality. 
  • Organize and lead ongoing team planning and retrospective sessions to identify key risks, issues and dependencies across workstreams within an engagement to optimize delivery and drive insights and mitigation strategies for program risk management.
  • Enact lasting changes to client ways of working by utilizing a consultative approach to delivering client engagements that focuses on defining and measuring customer value delivered with each release.

Background:

  • Expertise and significant experience utilizing Agile delivery methods including Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile Framework
  • Knowledge of traditional waterfall and hybrid-agile methodologies, with experience adapting and bridging legacy ways of working to increase agility in organizations with low agile maturity
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization to achieve a high degree of collaboration and broader insights into managing work streams and outcomes
  • Understanding of design thinking fundamentals, systems design, product design, value-based framing

·       Demonstrated history of earning trust and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.

·       Proficient with collaboration tools including Atlassian Jira and Confluence and Microsoft Office applications

  • Experience managing and contributing to sales proposals by collaborating and negotiating with multi-disciplinary teams to shape a cohesive delivery approach, team shape and cost estimates to deliver competitive value driven proposals
  • A solution-based mindset with a full understanding of the application of current digital technologies (including; Responsive Design for component-based Content Management Systems, Digital Marketing Platforms and Web/Mobile Applications)

Qualifications

  • Experience in writing, reviewing and finalizing statements of work
  • CSM, CPSO, or SAFe certifications
  • Agile conference speaking events/Blogs/thought leadership in different industry verticals
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, React, or Swift
