Job Description

The Mid-Market Manager would be responsible for ramping publisher growth in the mid-market category. This could be publishers that are relatively new to the affiliate space or have chosen to re-engage our services. The portfolio approach would be one to many which requires extensive project management skills as well as the ability to identify and implement process efficiencies.


Responsibilities include:

•       Drive publisher revenue growth by creating and executing an Action Plan that includes: Category and Global performance analysis, under-indexed relationships, and develop specific CJ and Pub Actions built within a shared file

•       Deliver proactive Recruitment Opportunities & execute on Publisher Ad-hoc Recruitment Requests

•       Optimize publisher account, position publisher business model effectively and build publisher brand awareness with Client Development teams

•       Educate publishers on effective recruitment strategies, tips on how to market themselves to prospective partners, tools they can leverage in the CJAM to gain exposure, and newly launched advertisers in CJ

•       Brand Recognition and Education internally through Quarterly Presentations highlighting new mid-market publishers

•       Quarterly performance update to publisher with commissions earned for the quarter, number of new relationships established, list of advertisers with pending/declined applications and request target lists from pub to feed the monthly recruitment requests






·       3-7 years of account management experience

·       2-5 years of affiliate experience

·       Excellent organizational and communications skills with a strong attention to detail

·       Ability to work across departments and divisions by building consensus and delivering upon stated objectives

·       Strong client presentation skills

·       Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment in order to meet tight deadlines

·       Self-initiative and eager to enhance skillset
