Job Description

The role of Account Manager would be to: 

  • Planning and execution of integrated, digital and non-standard projects and productions 
  • Cooperation with the client and implementation of developed strategies and solutions
  • Building strong and long-term relationship with clients
  • Close cooperation with other departments of the agency: creation, strategy, social media, production
  • Development of project schedules and cost estimates
  • Oversee cross dependencies of project's activities and ensuring teams communicate and are aware of project status
  • Managing effectively the detailed project schedule and measuring project progress
  • Budget management
  • Ongoing reporting
  • Active participation in the new business processes – co-creating integrated, digital and non-standard offers for current and potential clients
  • Monitoring digital technology trends and implementing them into strategies 
  • Monitoring activities of competitive brands in a digital area 
  • Fluent Polish, advanced English

Qualifications

  • A minimum 2-3 years of experience working as account manager.
  • Ability to process and coordinate projects.
  • Strong sense of teamwork and ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to establish contacts easily and build long-term relationships with client.
  • Excellent time and work organization.
  • Conscientiousness, accuracy, commitment to projects.
  • Very good command of English, both spoken and written (a necessary prerequisite, as the job involves collaboration with foreign clients).
