Job Description

  • Client facing role so strong communication skills a must
  • Role will be 60% data visualization and 40% traditional reporting and analytics                                                            
  • Role will work exclusively with tableau but will have the opportunity to pitch and recommend other tools if the business case calls for them
  • Ability to design “purpose driven dashboards.”  Purpose driven dashboards balance utility + performance + elegance to serve a specific reporting or monitoring purpose
  • While this role will not have direct reports initially, there is an opportunity to have 1-2 in the future.  However, the role will have significant influence and impact across roles of all seniority
  • The lead analyst should be comfortable with ambiguity in business requirements at times, being able to rapidly porotype and iterate on solutions
  • Storytelling and communication of data findings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years of digital marketing experience primarily focused on strategic planning and analysis
  • Tableau expert
  • Familiarity with CRM a big plus
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL
  • Dashboard development
  • Strong client presentation skills
  • Detail oriented while keeping sight of bigger picture/trends, intellectually curious
  • Must be a self-starter, with strong planning and organizational skills and the ability to work with minimal direction
  • Excellent communication, management and time prioritization skills
  • Work autonomously to drive best practice adoption across a wide variety of clients and verticals
  • Able to think about both practical and visionary uses of available data
  • Deep understanding of marketing, advertising, and customer profiling
