PM Assistant

Job Description

This position will work closely with Project Manager and Project Coordinators. PM assistant will ensure timely encoding and submission of Cost Estimates (CE) and Purchase Order (PO). This position will provide full administrative support to the Creative Services team. 

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
  • Experience in customer service will be a plus
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
