Job Description

  • Developing and prospecting new business;
  • Providing effective services to all clients assigned and managing each account professionally and efficiently;
  • Being on the alert to problems and opportunities, both for the agency and clients;
  • Have strong independence, at the same time a team-player;
  • Managing report assigned and can lead and grow the team;
  • Recommending and implementing cost control measures;
  • QC and inputting on works done by creative, studio, media, strategy before presenting to client;
  • Liaising and integrating different internal disciplines, as well as external partners and suppliers;
  • Managing timeline, budget, KPIs and operations for communications campaigns;
  • Doing billing and income forecasts quarterly or as directed and checking monthly actual versus forecast;
  • Staying up-to-date on the business, market, and competitors;
  • Performing tasks as delegated by line managers.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or above
  • 3+ years in advertising/ communications/ marketing/ account management, with IMC & Digital experience 
  • Proactive, agile, professional.
  • Responsible, resilient, attention to details
  • Ability to handle rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to work independently under high pressure.
  • Excellent English communication (written and oral) skills.
