Job Description

Rauxa seeks a Paid Social Analyst for our growing Media team! Our Paid Social Analyst supports the social business lead through activation duties, including planning, implementation and optimization of social campaigns.

We’re known for our “Head. Heart. Hustle” mentality and in search of an intern who wants to bring their ideas, passion and energy within an agency that celebrates A-list talent and a diverse client base.

Our teams bring a sensibility about what makes people make decisions and take action, a penchant for data and research to fill the gaps of what you don’t know, an organized nature to keep details straight across multiple projects at once, and a curiosity to think about how to make things work better.

We will consider candidates for our Irvine, CA, Santa Monica CA, or New York, NY offices. This is a freelance, temporary position.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be responsible for day-to-day campaign management in support of client goals and in partnership with our social media lead.
  • Monitor and maintain campaign budgets, pacing, and performance.
  • Help in telling a story through data observations and optimizations.
  • Act as a resource to team members in helping develop social tactics for clients
  • Proactively research campaign issues and formulate actionable solutions based off findings
  • Help write ad copy for ad variations and testing.
  • Be fluent in Facebook analytics and Microsoft excel.
  • Understand how to setting custom conversions and Facebook ad ops a plus.
  • Utilize Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat social platforms to build campaigns, QA, implement optimizations, and pull reporting

Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • You’re eager to learn and driven by curiosity
  • You have 1-2 years of paid social experience in an agency environment
  • You have working knowledge of the technical build of a paid social campaigns (direct response and awareness)
  • You are a self-starter who will proactively uncover opportunity to support the team, even if you weren’t expressly asked to do it
  • You look forward to sharing your work progress and aren’t afraid to ask for help or share concerns with your manager or those you’re with whom you’re working
  • You have the ability to juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
