Job Description

The Role
As a Planning Manager at Zenith, you will be working on 2 clients in a close-knit and dynamic team.​​​​​​

Molson Coors, is an ambitious client that wants to unlock a stronger relationship with its consumer. Their ambition is to be first choice for consumers and customers; which sits at the heart of everything we do.
Within the portfolio we have lighthouse brands such as Carling (the # 1 UK beer) & Coors, through to World Beers such as Pravha & Staropramen and Ciders including Rekorderlig & Aspall. These are all truly gaining momentum in UK drinks landscape. It is an exciting time to be part of the journey to help shape the nations’ drinking habits. 
Recent work includes the Carling x CALM campaign as well as the Coors sponsorship on c4 as they anchor themselves in Comedy and humour. Both receiving accolades at Industry recognised Awards.

Reckitt is one of Zenith UK’s largest clients and is a leading producer of health, hygiene and home products. Reckitt's brands include the antiseptic brand Dettol, the sore throat medicine Strepsils, the hair removal brand Veet, and the indigestion remedy Gaviscon. This opportunity is for a Planning Manager to work within the Reckitt team at Zenith, with responsibility across a group of market-leading Hygiene brands (Finish, Calgon, Cillit Bang & Harpic). The brands are all part of a fast paced team who know their markets and products inside out - so it’s imperative we behave as an extension to their team, giving them the best media solutions and media market updates available.

Reckitt is a constantly evolving and challenging account that will enable a Planning Manager to work across a number of market-leading brands, lead client conversations, deliver innovative media solutions and great ideas to our clients.

Responsibilities
You will be reporting into a Planning Director, with line management of 1 Planning Executive. Other responsibilities include:

  • Support Planning Director to deliver outstanding work every time
  • Be go-to person for day-to-day running of the team and campaign delivery
  • Be the lead for smaller responses to client briefs
  • Look for proactive media opportunities to share with your client

Requirements
We are looking for an ambitious, self-starting planner who can work autonomously on projects if needed, but also enjoys working within a team with a strong, collaborative working ethos. The client’s business will require us to work at a fast pace and alongside multiple stakeholders, so we’re looking for a positive, can-do attitude from someone joining the team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to really own client meetings and work independently with creative agencies too. FMCG experience would be ideal but is not compulsory – just a passion for our brands.
