Job Description

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be focussing on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent for our Creative, Engineering and Media roles LATAM. You will be involved in defining, designing, and implementing recruitment strategies for Prodigious with a focus on attracting top talent, partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders across the globe, work closely with the LATAM talent team in order to fill requisitions as quickly as possible while you continue to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

  • Own full-cycle Recruitment for your various roles from top-of-funnel strategy to running point on offers and closing candidates
  • Build relationships and collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, goals, and define talent acquisition strategies
  • Design and implement recruiting programs that drive organic applicants from recruitment marketing to referral initiatives to attending and hosting events
  • Help establish Prodigious as an employer of choice in the talent marketplace
  • Stay ahead of the game by building and nurturing relationships with top passive talent
  • Source active and passive candidates across a variety of channels and communities
  • Strike the right balance between volume and quality
  • Use market intelligence and funnel metrics to optimize your TA strategy
  • Champion a differentiated, exceptional candidate experience
  • Partner with the broader Recruiting team to continuously improve our processes
  • Contribute your expertise on the market, workforce planning, interview best practices, and effective recruiting process to ensure we have operational excellence across our talent function
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full-cycle Recruiting experience, specifically in a high-growth/ high-performance environment in a competitive market 
  • Communication is one of your strengths. You are proactive, clear, and compelling in your written and oral communication
  • A bias-to-action, high attention to detail, and an infectious sense of urgency
  • A proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems
  • The desire and appreciation for feedback as part of the effort to improve as a Recruiter and strategic business partner
  • A positive, high-transparency, and team-oriented approach to your work
  • Advanced english level
