Job Description

The Global Ethnography Manager will be responsible for acting as crucial bridge between people around the world and the leading brands we support. On the consumer side, the selected candidate will lead direct consumer research (regular consumer interviews, focus groups, concept iteration sessions, new trends discussions, etc.) as well as online research (social listening, trends analysis, etc.). On the brand side, the manager will be responsible for working with the department head, our brand strategists and creatives team in identifying new opportunities for brands to enrich people’s lives around the world.

Qualifications

You :

  • Are expert in coding/decoding behavior, through behavioral/consumer insights.
  • Have 5-10 years of experience, including a>3 years in leading consumer interviews.
  • An masters degree in social sciences, sociology or cultural anthropology is a plus
  • Work experience in a leading consumer/market research firm is a plus
  • Research experience with methodologies from sociology AND/OR anthropology AND/OR cultural anthropology
  • Experience running focus groups, consumer panels and in-depth interviews.
