Zenith Global are the central team, primarily based in London, supporting our local Zenith markets, leading new business efforts, developing thought-leadership, and driving network development for our 250 offices across 95 countries with over 8,000 staff worldwide. 

We house a large team of multi-faceted communications planners, digital and innovation specialists and client leadership teams. Our global client portfolio comprises a range of category leaders including Reckitt, TikTok, Edrington, Coty, Electrolux and Nestlé.

Job Description

The Communications Senior Manager plays a central role in developing Zenith’s brand and reputation. Working to the Global Communications plan, you will be involved in a wide range of communications, content and PR activities. You will support the major projects undertaken by the department and lead on other specific key projects.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the management and production of internal communications (alerts, newsletters, ad hoc communication, films, weekly check-ins, etc.)
  • Website management: Manage Zenith Global’s website.
  • Responsible for updating content on the CMS and coordinating with web developers as needed.
  • Work with the Communications Director on activating marketing/communications.
  • Responsible for the creation of press releases and distribution of press material to markets and English-speaking journalists (predominantly UK).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key journalists.
  • Lead and assist with the editing and production of thought leadership, including blogs, event summaries, research reports, white papers, forecasts, etc.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience of managing PR activities and working with journalists
  • Experience managing social media activities: working to a plan, coordinating content, coming up with ideas, and monitoring news/events that can fuel our social commentary
  • Excellent organisational skills and be able to multi-task
  • Sound writing and editing skills
  • The ability to turn their hand to the different types of written material produced by the Communications department
