With at least 2 years’ experience in a client facing or partnerships related digital marketing role, we are looking for someone who can work with a diverse client portfolio and communicate best practices, CJ product adoption and strategic support. The right candidate will become a vital cog in a carefully shaped team that delivers a bespoke level of service to leading UK and global brands. You will receive mentorship from a Senior Client Development Manager and Senior Director, as well as support from an experienced team of Client Service Analysts. Moreover, you will also be required to guide and assist in the development of Associate level colleagues who will support across the portfolio of clients.
This role requires a proactive and resourceful individual to develop strong relationships with their clients and internal teams, including Business Development, Integration Engineers and Publisher Development. We encourage new ways of thinking and your perspective on current process efficiency and scalable client communication will be valued.
Your day will be varied, and your understanding of CJ’s global data & insights, Technology and Digital experience provide a platform for your interactions with clients, publishers & partners. Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills are essential and there is a high dependency on you to help steer client conversations relating to their long-term affiliate strategies in a variety of ways, including video calls and face to face meetings.
- Available from August 2021 for 12 months
- 2+ years of affiliate or digital marketing experience in a client services capacity
- A passion for the fundamentals of digital channels, tracking online consumer behavior and digital technology
- A background in managing budgets and the successful delivery of performance against business objectives
- Proven record of problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Available to commute to our London HQ in White City at least twice per week
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Experience in problem solving, conflict management and influencing skills
