Job Description

  • Definition of business and functional requirements for clients. This includes determining how to measure business results, modeling current/future business processes, gathering technical requirements, and identifying the organizational changes required to successfully realize the benefits of the solution architecture
  • Support sprint planning and identify features/stories to be implemented
  • Delivery of Process Flow Mapping across functional & non-functional epics/stories mapped to macro-level journeys and regulatory issues incrementally prepare user stories by breaking down epics
  • Elicitation and collaboration of requirements through facilitating workshops and documenting outcomes and risks
  • Define project scope and capture all requirements (Risks/Assumptions/Issues/Dependencies)
  • Ensure consistency across user stories, test cases, and UX designs (Traceability)
  • Clearly articulate technology-based solutions, present in new business situations and workshops, and navigate sometimes complex client situations
  • Be the first point of contact to identify, manage and resolve requirement questions, dependencies, issues, and risks with the onshore/offshore team and business
  • Supporting backlog definition and progress
  • Experience in Mobile applications, CRM, CMS, and standard web-based implementations

Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in delivering complex business or technology solutions, from solution design to end-to-end implementation
  • Exposure to product management practices and modern ways of working
  • Proven experience in Agile processes and understanding of tools like Jira, Confluence, and Visio
  • Proven experience in managing the lifecycle of requirements – KPIs to key themes to Epic to Stories, while managing the traceability at all levels
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams developing business and systems requirements, user interface design and prototyping, data modeling, and system design
  • Ability to work independently with various stakeholders/partners and a strong team player
  • Well-honed communication skills to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders
  • Passion for embracing emerging technology solutions and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible for client success
  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
