Responsibilities: 

• Drive the usability of all digital projects, by producing and testing the visual tools that serve as blueprints for the overall information architecture and user experience.
• Interact with clients to solicit business requirements and translate these into coherent and usable solutions.
• Ensure the usability of all interactive and website applications designed by the team by creating effective screen designs that communicate client information and interaction goals to users.
• Audit client websites, research best practices, suggest UX strategies, and create the personas, user journeys, information architecture, and wireframes to help clients meet their goals.

• 8+ years of experience, preferably with a marketing and advertising agency background.
• Healthcare/pharma expertise is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Skills:

• Highly organized self-starter with great attention to detail.
• Posses creative curiosity.
• Excellent writing, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficient in Adobe XD required.
• UI tools such as Figma, Sketch, & Invision, is a plus.
• Experience working directly with clients in UX strategic deliverables such as competitive assessments, heuristic analysis, usability testing, and leading customer journey workshopping and development.
• Mastery in prototyping, wireframing, user flows, site maps, and web usability.
