Job Description

Razorfish is seeking a Social content analyst. The Social Content Analyst is responsible for day-to-day execution of client social media deliverables: tasks include content calendar management, daily publishing and promotion, community listening as well as helping create and complete strategic programs and campaigns. In addition, the Social Content Analyst will conduct community conversation audits to identify key online influencers and trends as it relates to client projects. The Social Content Analyst will also provide community insights that will be used to hone and improve client campaigns and programs, as well as generate content performance analysis and insights.

Responsibilities: 

• Daily content management, community engagement, conversation, listening, monitoring and issue escalation

• Social audits to identify key online influencers as it relates to client projects

• Performance insights that will be used to hone and improve client campaigns and programs

• Publish an editorial calendar, ensuring content and assets are being released on time

• Support brand loyalty and encourage generation of user created content via active community participation and conversation

• Manage online discussions by listening and responding to users (where appropriate) in a timely and authentic manner; escalate issues as needed and provide feedback on community topic threads

• Monitor and track discussion topics for management team; prepare weekly/monthly reports to update staff/clients on predetermined metrics; proactively monitor brand and relevant themes/news stories within the blogosphere and provide suggestions for timely content, assets and conversations within brand communities

• Work daily with account teams to ensure proper messaging is being executed online and that it is relevant to client goals

• Use online listening, supplemental research and daily community learnings to provide insights for improving programs and enhancing program successes • Research and identify influencers and communities for influencer campaigns

• Research and identify social media best practices and relevant brand examples within the space for proposals and online audits 

     

    Qualifications

     

    • 1-2+ years of professional work experience (experience at interactive, advertising, public relations or marketing agency preferred).
    • Background knowledge of major and emerging social channels, and a true passion for the social media marketing space.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas and information clearly; keen eye for detail also required.
    • Collaborative team player able to integrate with a diverse, talented team.
    • Must have active accounts across key social media sites including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Tik Tok would be a plus
    • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
    • Familiarity with online tracking methodologies and measurement best practices
    • Background knowledge of major and emerging social channels, and a true passion for the social media marketing space.
    • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Understands/ empathizes with the emotional and physical effects of feedback conversations
