At Langland, our account team creates the conditions in which great work is born. As an Account Supervisor in our Clinical Trial Experience discipline, your primary role is management of the activities and deliverables for a portfolio of assigned accounts in order to deliver innovative and effective ideas. As the main agency contact and trusted partner to your client, you will focus on the accurate and timely delivery of creative and executional work, ensuring commercial success for both client and agency. You will be responsible for organic growth on your accounts and will have the opportunity to participate in new business and pitch work in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

Job requirements:

•                4+ years of Account Management experience (dual Project Management experience is a plus)

•                2+ years healthcare marketing experience – HCP or DTC

•                Experience in developing creative campaigns

•                Exceptional client management and internal relationship skills

•                Proven ability to manage and grow accounts

•                Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital media

•                Experience in managing budgets

•                Excellent written and oral communication skills  

•                Great attention to detail

•                Strong strategic thinking abilities

•                A desire to mentor and support your junior team

•                Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple deliverables

•                Ability to understand, communicate and advocate for the agency’s point of view

•                A strong educational background – Science degree is a plus
