Right now, we are looking for a Digital Designer to join our team in Melbourne.

As a Senior Digital Designer you will be collaborating with multiple parties including production, development and creative to bring to life projects in various forms of digital media/design. A core responsibility will be to interpret creative concepts and apply world class digital design in order to deliver to creative and client objectives. 

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading UI design projects from concept to development
  • Producing IA, annotated wireframes, visual design and collaborating with developers on webpages, apps, CRM campaigns, integrated campaigns and other digital collateral
  • Collaborating with the design and broader creative team to develop interface specifications, brand guidelines and functionality documents
  • Taking calculated risks and present innovative ideas within the Agency and to Clients
  • Delivering exceptional work well to tight time constraints, engaging empathetically with colleagues during the creative process and contributing to a seamless agency workflow

 

The person we’re looking for has:

Proven experience in digital design, development and implementation within a creative environment

  • Excellent creative and graphic design skills with a good awareness of typography rules
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience leading and being a key decision-maker on UX/UI and visual design projects
  • Experience in interpreting creative ideas into digital media and creating responsive designs for campaigns
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to articulate intangible ideas to designers, technical and business audiences.
  • Knowledge of formal coding methodology and industry standards, basic source control/CM processes and understanding of web servers and ability to reach technical solutions with suppliers
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, Basic working knowledge of web application technologies (JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, ASP, .Net, AJAX) and other web development tools
