The Senior Manager, Program Management owns the successful delivery of projects and client work through effective program management, client management, and team leadership. The Director, PM role requires a sufficient breadth and depth of expertise to lead large multi-disciplinary, multi-channel teams across paid and owned media to successfully deliver integrated client solutions.

Your impact:

· Understand client business objectives & work with multiple client stakeholders; focus their feedback to guide towards an objective, while helping to drive integration and connectivity across Samsung Lines of Business

· Act as a trusted adviser and single point of contact to the client representing the IAT (Inter-Agency Team); identify solutions, approaches, and ways of working that best meet the clients’ strategic objectives, operational mandates, organizational barriers, and cross agency needs

· Tackle issues when milestones are not met, mitigate against risks before they become issues, track/action against dependencies and be a team lead & champion.

· Drive the internal teams towards more than just day to day work; push their achievement goals

· Partner with other agencies to create structure and define new ways of working, while being able to lead teams through ambiguity and uncertainty

  Partner with other agencies to develop work processes to enhance team efficiency, while tracking issues and risks

• Acumen with client communications – a must

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Paid media experience

 A PM from an interactive agency with paid media experience that is based in Dallas is an ideal candidate.

· 7+ years of program management experience, managing large, complex and cross functional/discipline projects

· Demonstrated ability to assume a leadership role in managing projects; ability to align multi-disciplinary teams to a common goal and vision

· Solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings

· Solid understanding of the creative and technology process

· Ability to solve problems with keen instincts and organizational experience

· Ability to effectively manage clients against project milestones and dependencies by clearly articulating risks and stakes and holding them accountable to sticking to them

· Ability to have a constructive negotiation conversation around prioritization of tasks and resources

· Strong systems thinking skills, ability to identify interconnectivity across multiple streams of work, drive internal teams and advise clients to connecting solutions and integrating processes

· Strong organizational, budgeting/estimating and planning skills

· Relentless drive to remove obstacles to empower team’s productivity

· Strong conflict resolution skills
