Job Description

* A note on Remote Work* Please note the office is working remotely at present but will expect to return to the office space in the coming months, likely in a hybrid capacity, as yet to be determined.

The Assistant Account Executive will support in the planning, development and execution of content creation for our premier luxury client.  Content includes supporting asset captures for MY vehicle refreshes and creation of the digital brochure initiative.

 

Projects this position will have an immediate impact:

·      Digital brochure across all nameplates

·      Support asset capture

·      Support vehicle specific shoots

 

  Specific day-to-day responsibilities:

·       Serve as the day-to-day lead for all digital brochure initiatives, including daily interaction with clients.

·       Collaboration with account, creative, planning, production and business teams.

·       Collaboration with agency partners 

·       Generate weekly internal and client documents (schedules, statuses, etc.)

·       Close communication asset manager to help ensure content is organized to meet asset guidelines

·       Secure client and legal approval on creative work                     

·       Attend client meetings (write conference)

·       Prepare and participate in client presentations

·      Coordinate with 3rd party production vendors to ensure seamless continuity across all communication

Qualifications

Ideally candidates will have a minimum advertising internship to 1-year agency experience and the following competencies:

 ·     Demonstrated initiative, proactive. Must be able to work independently.

·     Clear, concise communication skills, verbal and written. 

·     Confidence in your own ability to act and make decisions.

·     Organized and detail-oriented. 

·     Teamwork, ability to function at high level with various personalities

·     Ability to multi-task.

·     Creativity.
