Job Description

This position is responsible for clearing digital media invoices across multiple markets which will require resolving discrepancies and tracking missing invoices.

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Resolve invoice discrepancies.
  • Track missing invoices.
  • Respond to vendor calls regarding invoice payments.
  • Gather Co-Op documentation from publishers.
  • Communicate with media planners, publications, and finance groups regarding account balances and billing discrepancies.
  • Input online media buys into Media Ocean system as assigned.
  • Perform other related and ad hoc duties as assigned.
  • Responsible for keeping accurate timesheets and submitting them in a timely manner.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred.
  • Basic understanding of media; digital media a plus.
  • Strong mathematical skills; familiarity of basic accounting terminology a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; Media Ocean, Prisma system training and proficiency will be required.
  • Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, handle large volume tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Must be detail-oriented and accurate.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

Additional Information

Reports to Digital Media Operations Supervisor.
