Job Description

We are looking for an Account Supervisor to lead digital .com and app experience for an Insurance/Financial Services client. This person will work closely with the clients while also collaborating with internal teams in NY, Austin, Atlanta and Miami.  The Account Supervisor will partner with client partner agencies to create a holistic & cohesive customer experience.

- Manage day-to-day communications with key clients across and internal team.

- Provide vision, inspiration to both the agency team and the clients. Ensure a collaborative approach internally and across agency partners to ensure happy and productive relationships.

- Develop and mentor team members, providing feedback and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships with the client at all levels through a superior understating of clients business issues, marketing communications and competition.
  • Providing vision, inspiration and strategic leadership to both the agency team and the clients. Ensuring a collaborative approach internally and across agency partners to ensure happy and productive relationships.
  • Driving growth through trusted client relationships, identifying unmet business needs and securing scopes of work ensuring the account is positively contributing to the agency’s revenue growth and profitability. 
  • Developing and mentoring team members, providing feedback and opportunities for growth. 
  • Excitement and ability to connect with clients on a diverse range of topics increases client satisfaction and program impact.

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years experience managing accounts at an agency, consultancy or within a marketing department
  • Must have experience managing digital .com, UX and creative experiences for large clients
  • Experience managing relationships from Director downward, leading cross-functional teams and budget management
  • Understanding of Content Management Systems (Adobe or Sitecore would be a plus)
  • Experience with owned media channels (web, CRM, social, SEO) is a plus.
  • Managed and led the formation of deliverables such as: .com wireframes, UX/visual designs, experience prototypes, business requirements, etc.
  • Proven ability to establish and nurture strong, productive and trusted client relationships. 
  • Experience working on high-velocity accounts, handles fast-pace and change with ease.
  • Fosters a highly-collaborative working environment to generate participation from diverse perspectives.
  • A strong communicator and leader. Comfortable operating in an ambiguous and dynamic environment.
