Job Description

This role will support the Epsilon Abacus sales team (new business and client services) to ensure the smooth management of all client accounts and will involve managing all aspects of client account administration as well as coordinating with other internal teams to ensure smooth, timely and accurate delivery of our services.

  • Develops and traffics projects internally to meet schedule deadlines
  • Coordinates internal efforts supporting Epsilon’s role in client direct marketing campaigns 
  • Supporting Client Services team across all areas of account administration, including;
    • order submissions
    • client data scheduling
    • scheduling campaign analysis
    • creating/updating presentations for meetings
  • Support new client onboarding across sales, operations and billing teams, including;
    • All new client onboarding administration
    • Monitoring new signing permission statement/privacy policy changes
    • Submitting client audits
  • Maintaining Salesforce CRM database, including;
    • UK Sales Reports
    • Marketing database
    • New business pipeline
  • Submitting new and existing client’s creative reviews in JIRA
  • Adhoc support to head of marketing and helping manage Masterclass and Insights event planning
  • Managing contract sign off through DocuSign

Qualifications

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills 
  • An aptitude to learn Data Marketing industry (trends, competitors, etc.) 
  • Able to work independently and with teams; be highly organised and detail-oriented, while coordinating multiple projects simultaneously 
  • MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint expertise 
  • Demonstrated staff support and coordinator skills 
  • Self-starter, with strong initiative 
  • 1-2 years work experience in staff support role preferred but not essential
