Job Description

The Role: Analysis of CRM and other data related to inform email marketing activities at every step of the customer engagement journey

Responsibilities:

  • This role will be responsible for conducting advanced CRM analysis of our client’s first party database and other data sources (using SQL), in order to inform email campaigns and overall CRM strategy
    • Conduct a variety of analyses, ranging from open-ended exploratory/summary projects to answering specific research questions in ongoing and ad hoc cadences
    • Reference other data sets to gain additional insights
    • Develop test recommendations and analyze results
    • Clearly and concisely distill complex findings into actionable insights for a variety of stakeholders, from data specialists to c-suite executives
    • Present findings in informal dialogues as well as formal presentations
  • Balance independent and team-oriented tasks
    • Work independently and own projects, develop direct dialogues with data clients
    • Work collaboratively with internal data, account, project management, and creative departments to ensure data informs every stage of the process

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • SQL
  • CRM channels (email, Push Notifications) 
  • Data Mining / Profiling
  • Data presentation in Powerpoint format

Preferred Skills:

  • Python 
  • Data Modelling/ML 
  • Data Visualization such as advanced Excel, Tableau, Power BI
  • Marketing Automation
  • Website Analytics 
  • Other packages / platforms / skills

Who are you?

  • 5-7 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing, or a business-related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field that includes significant quantitative study or equivalent experience
  • Strong critical thinking skills, and are proactive about questioning the norm and pushing for improvements
