Job Description
The PM will come into a very large Cross Functional team that works (virtually currently) across Geographies and Timezones (Toronto, Boston, Miami, Detroit mostly). The PM will work specifically for the Automotive Account
- The PM will lead project pertaining to the Client's social channels
- The PM will lead projects on all phases and work on planning/re-planning, timelines and budgets (Maintaining them as well)
- The PM is an experienced Senior Associate level
- The PM will work with team leads and team in the Creative (Copywriter, Designer, Art Director) and Production (Producers and Business Affairs) domains
- The PM has experience working on Social-related projects
- The PM has experience on Automotive type projects
- The PM will have support from a large PM team and PM leadership and is coachable
Qualifications
At least 4-6 years of project management experience within the consulting space delivering digital solutions that may include customer / user experience, strategy, data and technology.
Should have experience in leading content management solutions like AEM, Wordpress
Should have experience running projects using agile scrum methodologies or scaled agile
Experience working with agile global distributed teams
Demonstrated team leadership capability, preferably with teams of 3+ people and project budgets of $250k or more
Solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings
Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills
Demonstrated ability to inspire teamwork and take a leadership role
Successful history of client contact including experience in setting and managing client expectations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Proven mentoring, and team-building skills
Ability to solve problems with keen instincts and organizational experience
