Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Data Science & Analytics practice. This role will work across multiple data and analytics workstreams for a retail-sector client, including web analytics, audience segmentation, testing, reporting, analysis, and insights. You will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting digital marketing data. You will work with other Data team members to ensure data is a key input and output of the work Razorfish delivers.

Responsibilities (in addition to what’s listed above)

  • Web analytics reporting and analysis, including: KPIs, funnel and pathing analysis, A/B testing, and experience analytics.
  • Customer segmentation
  • Voice-of-customer qualitative data analysis
  • Loyalty,  CRM, and transactional data analysis
  • Develop data visualizations and contribute to client presentations
  • Able to see long-term implications of insights and recommendations across several channels

Qualifications

Skill Guidelines: 

  • Thorough problem identification and analytical skills
  • 3+ years in consulting/agency background with experience in reporting, analysis, and insights
  • Excellent oral and written communication 
  • An understanding of methods in strategic analysis and it’s applications in customer segmentations, media and advertising optimization solutions, personalization systems and forecasting
  • Experience in interpreting results of statistical analysis
  • A/B testing
  • Passionate about turning data into actionable insights
  • Experience in statistical programming in R, SAS, SPSS, MATLAB or Python a plus
  • CRM, Loyalty, and/or Retail experience a plus
  • Experience in digital user experience, customer journeys, audience segmentation. 
  • Offline retail analytics and loyalty experience a plus.
  • Mastery in data tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, DMPs, Testing platforms, data visualization and dashboarding
