Job Description

The recruiter is the SPOC for hiring managers, supporting them in the selection process of various roles. He/she is aware of all open positions and running recruitment campaigns. He/she is responsible for managing recruitment related posts on social channels, updating job openings on company websites. He/she is aiding the creation of recruitment ads and posts with the assigned creative team. He/she is processing the incoming CVs, looks after prescreening and conducts short telephone interviews to identify general matching points for positions. He/she sets up interviews and accompanies the candidate along the selection process.

▪   Aiding hiring managers in the creation of hiring briefs which are used as a basis for creating ads and job posts

▪   Following up on open position status, proactively seeking feedback from hiring managers

▪   Ongoing tracking of daily statuses: candidates, feedbacks, screening - managing the pipeline

▪   Maintains and builds the relationship with hiring managers and stakeholders across teams

Qualifications

We are looking for you if you are agile, self-starter, dynamic, junior to medior seniority, have a general understanding of marketing/communication.

Advantage: experience working with multinational FMCG clients; experience in multi-country coordination, experience with ATS and ERP systems.
