Publicis Hawkeye is seeking a CRM Analyst. This position provides timely reporting on standard email marketing. Builds and maintains dashboard reporting. Aggregates data from disparate systems to provide a more holistic view of the customer journey.


The Skills that will Make You Successful:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in CRM analytics
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar SQL experience
  • Experience with data visualization such as Google Data Studio or Tableau
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (formerly G Suite)
  • A Google Sheets Guru
  • Ability to operate and navigate within a rigid data and system environment
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skillset
  • Strong partner and relationship builder
