Job Description

We have an exciting new opportunity within Zenith's Global team, based in our iconic Television Centre office in London. 

Our team is responsible for leading digital strategy, operations, consultancy and project management across key global blue-chip clients. 

We sit at the forefront of technology and innovation driving client/agency growth and transformation by simplifying complex digital tasks, connecting the dots between strategy and execution. 

You will play a crucial role in the team through the following core responsibilities: 

Insights generation

  • Lead insights generation from client & 3rd party data sources including Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, Facebook, Integral Ad Science, and other ad platforms. This includes understanding the impact of paid media to owned and earned KPI’s. 
  • Monitoring performance and surfacing opportunities for optimization on marketing campaigns using dashboards built for client.
  • Supporting client teams in presentation of data & developing optimization recommendations in business reviews
  • Contribute to the evolution of clients measurement framework to ensure all relevant metrics are captured correctly

Technology

  • Work with Publicis Media global reporting team to identify opportunities for automation of core reporting functions and develop processes to streamline insights generation through the use of tools like Titan (Publicis Media enterprise level dashboard)  
  • Be up to date with the latest technology and innovation in the data analytics sector growing into analytics thought leader within the global digital team such as Google Analytics 

Data governance and benchmarking

  • Work Publicis Media Global reporting team and Zenith team members in India to set up systems to ensure data consistency across all markets & platforms around:
  • Compliance – using Publicis Media suite of products to ensure media teams are adhering to standardised processes
  • Quality – ensuring data dictionaries and/or master data are maintained across all platforms and channels
  • Integrity – ensuring the right information is being completed by media teams to produce meaningful insights
  • Usage – ensuring media teams are able to visualise data in the reporting dashboard or 3rd party planning tools and build reports to derive the right insights. Help showcase the benefits of a standardised approach to data governance and help drive better adoption of automated dashboard within local agencies and clients

Qualifications

Must have demonstrable technical knowledge and experience in at least two of the areas below: 

  • Hands-on analytical experience working on large volumes of data, ideally within the marketing field. 
  • Working knowledge and/or experience of database management, data visualization, and dashboarding solutions. 
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel (understanding of VBA & macros). 
  • Data storytelling, being able to simplify and present insights based on complex sets of data.

In addition to these points, you must also have prior technical experience or knowledge (academic or otherwise) in data analysis with a specific focus on marketing. 

Desirable experience (but not required)

  • A degree with an econometrics or statistical analysis component. 
  • Proven experience in developing or project managing end to end development of a global automated reporting dashboard.
  • Proven experience with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe.
