This role is a hybrid role as it brings specialist Commerce knowledge into the heart of our biggest client Procter & Gamble, whilst also benefiting from working closely with other Commerce specialists across Publicis Groupe.

This role sits within PG One which is the dedicated Publicis Groupe unit located in Chancery Lane which was built to serve the world’s largest advertiser

This high performing operation brings the entire P&G resource within the Groupe into one place – which includes creative (Saatchi, Leo Burnett, Publicis WW), data (Digitas), media, search, SEO and Social. Job Description

As a Commerce Planning Manager, you will be part of a team helping to deliver services for the breadth of P&G’s 35 active brands which range from Shavecare (Gillette and Braun) to Fabric (Lenor, Fairy, Bold) to Baby (Pampers) to Beauty (Haircare and Olay) through to Oral care (Oral-B) amongst many others. The role is focused on the rapidly expanding area of retail media management across online marketplaces and retail.com, with a focus on Amazon Advertising.

This role will mainly cover the planning and activation on the Amazon DSP platform, as well as Citrus Ads. The unique nature of the PG One integrated team means that you will get to work closely and collaborate with our full range of media and creative specialists to ensure we deliver a seamless service to P&G across their full brand portfolio.

Responsibilities:

As a Commerce Planning Manager, you will be responsible for:

· Delivering successful retail media campaigns for P&G

· Lead client communication across both Amazon Advertising and Citrus clients

· Making budget recommendations across Amazon Advertising and Citrus client scopes

· Create winning optimisation strategies

· Lead campaign reporting workstreams and articulate performance insights to clients and client teams

· Owning the activation process

· Coordinate with media owners and tech partners to ensure we are always delivering the best for our clients

· Assist in the development of the Publicis Groupe Commerce Practice, when required, through various initiatives

Requirements:

You will ideally have experience in programmatic or biddable media particularly Amazon DSP platform experience. You will come from either an agency background or be in an in-house marketing/commerce role.

Amazon Sponsored ads

Citrus Ads

Criteo

Bid management platforms (such as Kenshoo and Marin)

Excel and PowerPoint

Google data studio, power BI or Tableau (not essential)
