Zenith Global are the central team, primarily based in London, supporting our local Zenith markets, leading new business efforts, developing thought-leadership, and driving network development for our 250 offices across 95 countries with over 8,000 staff worldwide. 

We house a large team of multi-faceted communications planners, digital and innovation specialists and client leadership teams. Our global client portfolio comprises a range of category leaders including Reckitt, TikTok, Edrington, Coty, Electrolux and Nestlé.

Job Description

Essity is a global Hygiene and Health company. They are “Dedicated to improving well-being through leading hygiene and health solutions”. They have a stronghold in Europe with the Americas and Asia accelerating.

They are mostly present across Feminine and Incontinence Care, Kitchen and Toilet hygiene across both B2C and B2B.

They believe in brand building and as such have developed purpose-led campaigns, which take a stand, i.e. Viva La Vulva in 2019 (award-winning campaign), celebrating women’s intimate V zone. 

They also have a strong focus on sustainability, which is a key pillar of each brand’s marketing strategy.

The Role:

Aligned to one of our top clients, this exciting Account Manager role will require your strong organisational skills and planning superpowers! These strengths will come into play whilst talking to a variety of Marketing and Digital Managers at Essity as well as Planners in multiple markets - collaborating with the team to achieve greatness.

Your ability to multitask is second to none and will be called upon every day. 

As a genuine people person who is understand planning across all media touchpoints and communications strategies, this role will provide you with the opportunity to work across the EMEA, NA, and LatAm markets. 

Reporting to the Global Account Director and working very closely with the Global Strategy and Digital Directors to develop and launch campaign ecosystems and toolkits that are fit for purpose for local activation.


The Team:

In the Central team, there are 10 of us of across client servicing, strategy and digital. We also have 2 Digital Hubs that activate performance media centrally for some of the brands: Tena, Libresse (B2C) and Tork (B2B).

All based in London and a diverse group of Nationalities including English, Lebanese, American, Romanian, Colombian and French. Just think of the new languages you can learn!

Qualifications

Multi market and multi-channel planning

  • A global mindset as well as an appreciation for local nuances is critical – we want someone who can closely collaborate with the Strategy and Digital Directors to develop fit for purpose campaign ecosystems that will drive in-market success.
  • This will cover mining audience insights, writing case studies, delivering competitive analysis and developing communications strategies.

Operations and network management

  • The role also consists of driving adoption and governance of the centrally developed ecosystems, and leading the network management, billing / invoicing (with the support of the Account Director and Account Executive).
    • This will include leading the development of bi-monthly network calls, ensuring trackers and reports are delivered on time, supporting the Account Director with ad-hoc requests.
    • Network management and coordination to ensure accurate reporting of data requested by the global client.

Stakeholder management (Internal and External)

  • You will be engaging with multiple stakeholders in Zenith Global as well as local market teams. We have a highly talented and diverse team and support groups that allow us to do our best work. The person we are looking for should be able to manage up, down and across to get things done.
  • In terms of Clients, you will interact with the Global media and Marketing teams. Again, it’s critical that you are able to initiate successful engagements with clients of different levels, expertise and backgrounds.

Business Development

  • We grow by ensuring our Client’s businesses grow. Having a growth mindset is imperative.
  • You will be expected to continuously spot growth opportunities and propose suitable solutions to address them, in return driving growth for the client.

Key requirements:

  • Ability to be represent the agency in client meetings.
  • Previous experience working across multiple markets and working with a diverse team.
  • Integrated, strategic media experience with a good understanding of the digital ecosystem.
