Job Description

Are you someone who has worked in the trenches with search and social media advertising campaigns? Have a passion for determining and evangelizing the best practices for how to run them?  Do you love the idea of being able to help cultivate and shape future products that help drive those best practices?  Then you may be the perfect fit we are looking for in a Product Analyst!

The Associate, Product Management is an energetic individual, with a natural passion for solving problems and ensuring that industry best practices and processes are developed, shared and applied across the Groupe with every product we build, for every client we service.

This role will report to the Associate Director, Product Management and can best be described as a hybrid role of both a Project Manager and Product Manager.  You will be supporting not only the larger Product Management team, but also supporting multiple development resources within the division.  You will be leveraging your expertise in search and social media to provide insight, and help steer the direction and prioritization of internal tools as our team takes on the addition of search and social media channels into our practice.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various internal teams (business, intelligence, engineering, analytics) to identify, understand, document and prioritize new products and features, with an emphasis on products in the Search and Social Media space
  • Coordinate and drive meetings with stakeholders to facilitate open and clear discussion around feature discovery and understanding
  • Keep internal teams and wiki pages up to date with current product statuses
  • Write detailed Product Requirements Documents that ultimately are the blueprint development resources will use to ensure that the products being built meet all the requirements for success
  • Keep tabs on development progress, use your influence to motivate teams to hold to deadlines
  • Be the designated "owner" on a set of features or products, able to represent those products to the larger group - both their function, current state and progress, and their value-add to the Groupe

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience working in the trenches with Search and Social Media campaigns
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, such as DSPs, Social Marketing Partners, Google Ads, Microsoft AdCenter and PubCenter, Business Manager, etc.
  • An understanding of the digital marketing landscape
  • Experience with JIRA or other product management/ticketing software is a plus
  • Product or Project Management experience a plus
