OVERALL: Provide financial analysis support to Finance Department while reporting to the Associate Finance Director

Key Responsibilities:

Ø  Responsible for knowing all aspects of revenue streams of assigned clients (7-9) clients

Ø  Analyze media and revenue variance on assigned clients on a monthly basis

Ø  Maintain frequent communication and good relationships with media teams that relate to assigned clients

Ø  Complete monthly fee and hours reconciliations of assigned clients on a timely basis

Ø  Prepare all month end journal entries of assigned clients, with appropriate auditable backup

Ø  Work with and gain knowledge of the several financial and media databases that are updated on monthly basis

Ø  Support in all Groupe reporting, scheduled and ad hoc

Ø  Prepare costs out and liaise with Business Development team as needed

Ø  Assist in reporting for both financial and client audits

Qualifications:

Ø  Bachelor’s degree in business administration (accounting/finance majors preferred)

Ø  3-5 years related financial analysis work at a Media/Advertising agency

Ø  Proficiency with Excel, SAP and Hyperion

Ø  Excellent analytical, quantitative, problem solving, organizational, and communication skills required

Ø  Must be very detail oriented, display a strong work ethic, and work well both independently and within a team structure
