    Job Description

    As a Specialist, Media Operations, you’ll support a Client Success team that is responsible for managing digital media campaigns and partner relationships. This role will primarily focus on reconciling partner invoices, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and working with Client Success to facilitate client billing. You will act as the liaison between external and internal partners, as well as our Finance team.  

    Responsibilities

    • Assist Client Success with monthly invoice reconciliation, working with partners to rectify discrepant or missing invoices
    • Closely monitor reconciliation status and turnaround time to ensure timely delivery of client invoices
    • Liaison with Finance Department regarding billing and revenue recognition across APEX
    • Act as the conduit between Client Success and Offhore to streamline projects; providing support and direction on reporting, billing, and ad hoc requests
    • Work closely with Offshore to ensure proper utilization; ensuring the team is running efficiently
    • Provide team with weekly report of reconciled and outstanding invoices
    • Collaborate and work cross departmentally to refine processes that strengthen the billing and reconciliation process
    • Create billing reports showcasing key metrics and changes
    • Work with Client Success leads to ensure operations are running smoothly and clients are receiving dedicated billing support
    • Work with billing and revenue operations to appropriately track usage and spend of partners 
    • Aid Client Success with utilization of Salesforce to ensure accurate inputs that drive revenue reporting
    • Prioritize deliverables and maintain deadlines; effectively communicate any issues and delays with external and internal stakeholders

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in media reconciliation  
    • Exceptional excel skills
    • Experience with Salesforce, Prisma (MediaOcean), and adserver reporting
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Knowledge of programmatic and digital media is a plus
    • Project management experience is a plus
