Job Description

As a Paid Social Manager, you will work with the Paid Social Account Director to devise and deliver the best in class paid social strategies for the TikTok EMEA and MENA account. You will be a line manager of a Senior Executive to ensure client strategy is followed, oversee the effective execution of campaigns and ensure the smooth running of the accounts. 

You will engage with and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to elevate our work, and will confidently challenge where necessary in order to push best practices and deliver the best results possible. 

The Paid Social remit for TikTok will include high profile campaigns and time sensitive activatons, so good communication, excellent organisation and strong attention to detail are key. 

Responsibilities

As well as the above, you will also be responsible for: 

  • Ensure activation of client activity across social platforms runs according to plan and is free of errors
  • Ensuring your team delivers high standard of work across planning, reporting, optimisation, communication, billing, reconciliation and all other tasks required
  • Clear and timely communication with clients and other members of the team, developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Providing on the job training support for your team as well as opportunities for formal development and learning
  • Champion best practice and produce case-study worthy work

Qualifications

You will have strong experience in a role planning, managing and activating large scale paid social campaigns. You will have advanced knowledge of the facebook apps, as well as Twitter,  LinkedIn, Pinterest, Tiktok and Snapchat. You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment and able to meet deadlines. You will have had some experience managing or mentoring junior team members.

You will also have knowledge of Primsa (media ocean) and advanced excel skills. 

Ideally, you will also have some cross market campaign planning and activation experience, and knowledge of other digital channels and how they work together with social to provide a holistic digital campaign.
